We are offering 10 days of exchange policy. If the product you have received is damage or doesn’t meet your expectation then you can apply for or exchange:
● All products to be exchanged must be returned in their original packaging along with the original sales receipt within 10 days from the date of purchase (Product should be in its original condition)
● If you do not have your purchase receipt, exchange will not be possible.
“In case the product was not delivered and you received a delivery confirmation email/SMS, report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery confirmation for the seller to investigate.”
